Cathedral City Amici Response Excessive Fines

You can read this repetitive response by Cathedral City. The response is so absurd we had to post it. Basically it states... If we charge you with a crime we can only give you a $1000 fine, but if we give you a city ticket we can charge you as much as we feel like. The City bolsters its nonsense by showing the fines charged by some cities on some issues. If you want a good laugh you might read some of this nonsense. Has a lot of good case law that might help you in other arguments though.
