File a fee waiver - eliminate all your costs

The fee to file the "appeal de novo" (new trial) in superior court the cost is just $25.
NOTE - fee waivers are not based on what you own, like rental homes. They are based on your net income each month. And, to our knowledge they are not investigated.
That is just the first fee. If you file a cross complaint, or motions and online uploads you will be charged to death.
Don't be ashamed to file a fee waiver. If you don't every filing will cost you money.
