Limited civil Appellate Division Opinions are hidden from the public. Appellate División judges can effectively trash the law as few decisions are ever published or certified or transferred to Court of Appeal for review.
So, unless you administrative citation case was filed in unlimited jurisdiction and will be heard by Court of Appeal YOU will most likely be the only person who ever sees the Opinion - no matter how bad it is and no matter how much the Appellate Division judges ignore the law and the wrongs of the government. So... send your bad decisions to us, and we will publish them helping others with the unlawful ramblings of the Appellate Division rulings who write their Opinions not to serve justice, but to support their neighbor judges who have ruled against the law.
The huge issue is that limited civil Opinions and cases are sucked up by the black hole. They are not published and not easily found without investigating every Appellate Division case in every one of the 58 counties. So, if you fight your GC. 53069.4 case we would like a copy of the final Opinion. Rarely, if ever are these limited civil cases taken up by the Court of Appeal. Appellate Division judges are left to make as many bad unlawful decisions as they like because no other court reviews their work.
Good luck getting the California Supreme Court to accept one of these decisions for review.
If you obtain a bad Appellate Division Opinion you might be able to sue in federal court if they have somehow violated your civil rights.
We would like to redact and post bad appellate division decisions that don't follow the law. Like permitting a subordinate judicial officer to render judgment against you, not permitting discovery, "upholding" the administrative decision and issues such as this that do not follow the law.*
One important note. YOU will never be contributing to electing a judge in California. Cities and their lawyers see judges at functions, parties, fund raising etc - and contribute to their campaigns! California judges (lawyers) are not there for life and need funds (from lawyers) for re-election.
Of course there are good judges out there Judge Blizzard and Judge Cadei are two examples. Courts are here to 'protect' us (the people) against the acts of government - not collaborate with government.
