The company www.dataticket.com has a big hold on parking tickets, code enforcement, and hearing officers. There is no doubt this business was once owned by famed gangster and king of Los Angeles Mickey Cohen. This is a business every gangster would love.

The city writes tickets, you sell them the software, the devices, you arrange the hearing officers. When the hearing officers find every person in front of them guilty. You collect the money. You place victims on credit watch lists, take their driver license, and lien their property. What is not to love?

Bring a recorder. Demand to record the hearing. Tell them to show you law that you cannot record.

While being recorded

1. Ask what gives them their authority
2. Force them to cite the city codes of their authority so they are on the record. Don't assume anything.
3. Required them to put the date, their name, their SBN number, time, every party in the room all on the record.
4. Demand they certify the record and sign their name it it.
